Dissemination
The project was introduced on school webpages as well as in school corners dedicated to the project, we have created the official webpage for the project, we inform general public of our activities on school websites, blogs and Facebook. Dissemination is also carried out through mass media (newspapers, magazines, radio).
Dissemination at schools
Dissemination activities in Slovenia:
- Presentation of Erasmus+ and Career in Art at the Festival of Good Teaching Practice at our school (July 4, 2014)
- Detailed presentation of Career in Art to colleagues willing to take part in the project (November 5, 2014)
- Detailed presentation of the project to all the students; aims, objectives, results, criteria for selecting students, timetable, etc. (November, 17 – 21, 2014)
- First meeting with the parents of students travelling to Poland (November 28, 2014)
- Report on the 1st Transnational Meeting to Poland delivered at school conference (December 9, 2014)

- Sudents (and their parents) were invited to a school meeting, which was held on 16th February 2015, where they learned about Erasmus+, our project Career in Art and the exchange to Poland (i.e. transport, hosting families, workshops, sightseeing, expenses, etc.). The meeting was conducted by the coordinator, Sandra Žeželj. Also present were the headmaster, Gregor Markelj, and Brigita Peklaj, who helps with management and dissemination of the project.
- We have created a school corner dedicated to the Career in Art project, which will keep our colleagues and students informed throughout the three-year period.
- On April 1, 2015, the Ljubljana Secondary School of Design and Photography opened the exhibition entitled 'Izzivi' (Challenges), at which we presented our students' latest works. The exhibition will be held at the DLUL Gallery (Breg 12, Ljubljana) till the end of April, and will feature, among other exhibits, a poster about the short-term exchange of pupils to Poland. The poster was made by Lana Arih, a 4th-year student from the graphic department, who had been involved in the short-term exchange to Poland. More than a hundred students and other guests visited the exhibition in the first two days, and more are expected to come in the days ahead.
- Dissemination of activities carried out during the short-term exchange in Poland by our students in form of PPT presentations and workshops (April 2015).
Dissemination activities in Romania:
· a PPT presentation was prepared for the teachers in order to introduce the project
· the same presentation was used for the students and the Short Term students exchange was promoted
· the results and decisions taken during the 1st meeting in Poland were presented in a staff meeting
